How do I get charged for this service?
iaxtermination.com's service is prepaid. As long as you maintain a positive prepaid account balance, you can use the service. We will charge your account balance for each call or service used.
Are there any hidden fees or minimums?
No! We will always be up front about the cost to use our services. You get a free test account with a 0.5 USD call value to experience our call quality. Our minimum deposit amount is 20 USD which will be instantly applied to your account upon payment receipt. There are absolutely no monthly minimum requirements for our services iaxtermination.com.
Do you support 911, E911 or any emergency services?
No. It is very important that you understand that we do not support any emergency services dialing today such as 911 or E911.
You will not be able to reach emergency service personnel when dialing 911.
This service is NOT A PRIMARY LINE REPLACEMENT. We strongly recommend you maintain alternate means to reach 911, E911 or any emergency personnel.
We may provide support for 911 in the future and will keep customers updated if there are any developments.
Do you provide call history?
Your call details are available in real time in the member area. Please log in and navigate to “calls". Follow links to view your Call History.
Do you support concurrent calls on the same account?
Yes. Please make sure that your users (user agents on your Asterisk box) use different callerids if you want to distinguish their calls.
Do you support faxing?
We do not support faxing at this time.
What protocols do you support?
We support IAX2.
What codecs do you support?
We support 711ulaw, 711alaw, ilbc and gsm. We recommend to use 711ulaw in order to get the best voice quality.
