We have successfully completed the move to the new datacenter. Please replace the IP address 195.66.85.55 in your iax.conf peer definition by the new IP address 195.216.83.36.

iaxtermination.com is moving to a new datacenter
We are moving to a new data center. At the same time we will replace our servers by new and more powerful models and we will also make a complete software upgrade in order to increase overall quality, performance and availability. The new servers will run on Centos 5.3 and Asterisk 1.4.25. The new infrastructure is ready and tested. We will switch over to the new servers on Monday, July 20, at 14:00h UTC. This will result in a downtime of approximately 30 minutes. In this time the databases will be backed up and transferred to the new servers. After the switch over you will need to change the IP address in your iax.conf peer configuration. The old IP address 195.66.85.55 has to be replaced by the new IP address 195.216.83.36. Please be aware that this configuration change is necessary and has to be done by you on your local Asterisk box, otherwise the system will not work anymore with our termination service. PayPal: We apologize for the problems with online payments. We are still dealing with PayPal to get this service up and running again. In the meantime you can still pay over PayPal by sending money directly to jfalcy@yahoo.com. These payments will be processed manually which will usually take about 24 hours. Downtime due to denial of service attack
Unfortunately we experienced a downtime today between 8.25pm and 9.00pm CET due to denial of service attack on our IP providers network. The service is now up and running again. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Trial credit adjusted
Please note that the trial credit has been adjusted to USD 0.25 for new customers registering after February 16, 2008. Unfortunately we had to take this mesure due to repeated fraud.

Today Lunafon Ltd. launched its new IAX retail service. Users of IAX phones get a basic call termination service with the proven iaxtermination values reliability, easyness and low rates. We do not provide SIP accounts.

Caller ID supported
Since today, we support the Caller ID on most networks. On some mobile networks, the Caller ID will be preceeded by our country code +41.

Website downtime
18th, we had a downtime of our website from 1130 to 1930 ECT, originating by our web provider. The exact reason is still unknown to us, we will report it later. The IAX termination service was not affected. We apologize for the inconvenience. We will invest in redundancy at the point of failures.
